Establishes a mandatory minimum initial bail of $50,000 for individuals arrested for sexual offenses committed against victims under 18 years old

Covered offenses include first, second, and third degree rape; sexual battery; oral sexual battery; child sexual abuse materials; molestation of a juvenile or person with disability; and aggravated crime against nature

Applies to all district courts with criminal jurisdiction in Louisiana, creating a statewide standard

Courts must still consider existing bail factors under Article 316 (such as defendant's ties to community, criminal history, and flight risk) before setting the initial bail amount

Amends Code of Criminal Procedure Article 315 by adding new subsection D
