Distance measured by walking path using sidewalks from the school property line to the premises in areas with streets, blocks, and sidewalks

Commissioner may adopt an alternate straight-line measurement method from school property line to premises

Alternate measurement method applies only prospectively to new permits issued after the method is adopted

Vapor products include electronic cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, and nicotine cartridges or solutions
