Converts the temporary judicial salary supplement from Act 390 of 2025 into a permanent cost of living adjustment effective July 1, 2026, with increases of $12,129 for Supreme Court justices, $11,431 for appeals court judges, and $10,723 for district court judges

City and parish court judges receive state-paid salary increases at the same percentage as district court judges

Additional cost of living increases of 2.7% take effect July 1, 2027, and 2.1% take effect July 1, 2028

All increases for 2027 and 2028 require prior approval from the Louisiana Supreme Court and Judicial Budgetary Control Board confirming sufficient funding; increases are suspended in any year with insufficient funds

The FY 2026-27 adjustment must be funded from existing judiciary reserves, certified as sufficient by the Supreme Court and Judicial Budgetary Control Board
