Requires the elected police chief of the village of Tickfaw to reside within the corporate limits of the village, creating an exception to existing law that only requires village police chiefs to live within the parish

Candidates for Tickfaw police chief must have been domiciled in the village for at least one year immediately preceding qualification

Current law for other villages only requires police chiefs to reside within the parish boundaries, not within the village itself

Amends R.S. 33:385.1(B) by adding paragraph (3) specific to Tickfaw
