Expands citizenship verification requirements for public benefits to apply not only to state agencies and political subdivisions, but also to any entity administering federal, state, or local public benefits

Requires agencies and political subdivisions to be subject to audit by the legislative auditor after the reasonable opportunity period to verify an applicant's citizenship status has terminated

Mandates annual reporting to the Senate president, House speaker, governor, and David R. Poynter Legislative Research Library on citizenship verification results

Reports must include the number of individuals reported to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the number who had public assistance terminated due to citizenship/immigration status issues
