Amends R.S. 46:2135(E) to impose a strict 15-day limit on continuances of hearings for temporary restraining orders in domestic abuse cases

Eliminates the existing exception that allowed courts to grant further continuances beyond 15 days when "good cause is shown"

Courts must still make or extend temporary restraining orders as necessary when hearings are continued

Applies to temporary restraining orders protecting petitioners, minor children, or persons alleged to be incompetent in civil domestic violence suits
