Adds "deepfake" to the definition of child sexual abuse materials under R.S. 14:81.1, making AI-generated or digitally manipulated content depicting sexual performance of a child under 17 subject to existing criminal penalties

Defines "deepfake" as audio or visual media in electronic format that is created, altered, or digitally manipulated to falsely appear authentic or to replace one individual's likeness with another

Exempts from the deepfake definition materials of political, public interest, or newsworthy value, including commentary, criticism, satire, or parody

Exempts content that includes clear disclosure visible throughout the recording indicating the media is not a record of a real event

Directs the Louisiana State Law Institute to renumber the paragraphs of R.S. 14:81.1(B) to properly incorporate the new definition
