Removes the requirement that a person must be 17 years old at the time of arrest to qualify for expedited expungement at no cost

Expands eligibility so that a person qualifies for expedited expungement if either the district attorney declined to prosecute or the case was dismissed, quashed, or resulted in acquittal (previously required meeting all conditions)

Applies to criminal offenses under Title 14 (criminal law) or Title 40 (controlled dangerous substances) of Louisiana Revised Statutes

Updates the standard Order of Expungement court form (C.Cr.P. Art. 999.1) to reflect the removal of the age requirement
