Prohibits witnesses with a pecuniary interest in the outcome of a case from being qualified as expert witnesses under Code of Evidence Article 702(C)

Defines "pecuniary interest" as any compensation tied to damage awards, engagements to provide goods/services connected to an award, or financial benefits beyond disclosed study and testimony fees—but excludes current or former employees of a party

Requires expert witness reports to disclose past cases where the witness held a pecuniary interest, including case names and the nature and value of compensation received

Amends Code of Civil Procedure Article 1425(B) and adds new provisions to Code of Evidence Article 702(C) and (D)
