Amends R.S. 15:574.22 to add a missing statutory citation reference (R.S. 15:574.4(B)(2)) to the list of parole eligibility exceptions

Technical correction that conforms the parole ineligibility statute with existing law—no substantive policy change

Maintains current rule that persons committed for offenses on or after August 1, 2024 are generally ineligible for parole

Preserves existing exceptions allowing parole eligibility for those who satisfy provisions in R.S. 15:574.4 subsections (B)(2), (D), (E), (F), (G), (H), (J), or (K)
