Transfers the Louisiana STEM Advisory Council (LaSTEM) from the Department of Education and Board of Regents to Louisiana Works, with the Secretary of Louisiana Works serving as chair

Reduces required council meetings from quarterly to twice per year, while authorizing members to participate via electronic means

Removes four council membership positions: the Louisiana Association of Principals representative, two postsecondary STEM faculty members, and representatives from the Louisiana Federation of Teachers and Louisiana Association of Educators

Eliminates the rotating vice chairmanship structure, establishing the Secretary of Louisiana Economic Development as the permanent vice chairman

Expands annual reporting requirements to include the Senate and House Committees on Labor and Industrial Relations, in addition to existing Education committee requirements
