Expands eligibility for the $100 annual "pharmacy education support fee" from only public university pharmacy schools to any accredited university pharmacy school in Louisiana, including private institutions like Xavier of Louisiana College of Pharmacy

Requires the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy to include a list of eligible pharmacy schools on license and permit renewal forms, allowing pharmacists and pharmacies to designate which school receives their fee

Maintains the optional nature of the fee, allowing pharmacists and pharmacies to elect not to pay the $100 pharmacy education support fee on their renewal forms

Requires the Board to disburse collected fees to the pharmacy school selected by the licensee or permittee by April 1st annually

Funds must be used solely for pharmacy education programs and are intended to supplement, not replace, other university funding sources
