Expands eligibility for the Sheriffs' Pension and Relief Fund to include criers of the Louisiana Supreme Court, in addition to existing eligible members such as deputies and criers of the Civil District Court for Orleans Parish

Requires members to be age 18 or older and meet minimum salary thresholds (including state supplemental pay) to qualify for membership

Expands employer contribution requirements beyond sheriff's general funds to include "appropriate funding sources" from any employer of a fund member

Authorizes the legislative auditor to withhold payments from any available funding source of an employer (not just sheriff's general funds) if employee and employer contributions are not properly remitted to the retirement system
