Expands Louisiana's existing name, image, and likeness (NIL) compensation law to cover high school (interscholastic) athletes in addition to college athletes, allowing them to earn money from endorsements, social media, and promotional activities.

Requires written parental or legal guardian consent for any NIL compensation agreement involving interscholastic athletes under 18 years of age.

Prohibits high school athletes from earning NIL compensation connected to adult entertainment, alcohol, cannabis, gambling/sports wagering, tobacco, weapons, or controlled substances.

Mandates that postsecondary education institutions adopt and maintain NIL policies addressing athlete compensation, use of institutional marks/facilities, professional representation requirements, financial literacy education, and compliance procedures.

Protects athletes from being declared ineligible or losing participation rights solely for earning NIL compensation or obtaining professional/legal representation, while allowing schools to restrict NIL activities during official academic and team functions.
