Divides the City Court of Lake Charles into two election sections for the purpose of electing the court's two judges, with each section composed of specific Calcasieu Parish precincts.

Assigns Division B judgeship to election section one (population approximately 55,372, with 69.7% Black and 23.9% White residents) and Division A judgeship to election section two (population approximately 56,679, with 72.1% White and 16.2% Black residents).

Requires all future elections for City Court of Lake Charles judges to be conducted within the appropriate election section rather than court-wide.

Bases precinct boundaries on the "2026 Precinct Shapefiles (01-27-2026)" from the Louisiana Legislature's website, derived from 2020 Census data.

Becomes effective upon the governor's signature or upon expiration of the time for gubernatorial action.
