Creates a new lower-cost microdistiller permit tier at $100 annually for operations producing no more than 1,000 gallons of distilled spirits per year

Retains the existing $1,000 microdistiller permit for operations producing up to 12,000 gallons per year

Both permit types require holders to also have a Retailers Class A permit and authorize retail sales of distilled beverages from the production location

Amends R.S. 26:71(A)(3)(d) governing alcoholic beverage permit requirements and fees
