LA HB55

Prohibits public disclosure of identifying information (name, address, phone number, email, image, or likeness) of any current or former grand or petit juror by anyone with access to such information

Allows courts to release juror information upon motion by any person if the court finds good cause, with discretion to limit disclosure or add protective measures

Establishes criminal penalty of up to $1,000 fine, up to 6 months imprisonment, or both for intentional violations

Adds juror information to the list of exceptions under Louisiana's public records law (R.S. 44:4.1)
