Increases daily compensation for parish board commissioners from $50 to $100 for standard elections

Increases compensation from $100 to $150 for elections approved by the Secretary of State for higher pay rates

Removes the requirement that higher compensation only applies when a large number of early voters is expected

Adds compensation eligibility for commissioners serving during recounts (in addition to election day and provisional ballot counting)

Repeals the provision allowing up to $100 additional compensation for elections held within one year of a gubernatorial emergency declaration
