Adds "or impaired" alongside "intoxicated" throughout Louisiana statutes related to driving under the influence, affecting R.S. 13:1894.1, R.S. 13:1894.2, R.S. 32:662.1, and Code of Criminal Procedure Article 814

Expands prosecution authority in city, parish, and municipal courts to cover cases where a driver operated a vehicle while "intoxicated or impaired" under R.S. 14:98

Allows chemical analysis certificates (intoxilyzer results, blood, urine, breath tests) to be admissible as evidence in criminal cases where impairment, not just intoxication, is at issue

Updates responsive verdicts for vehicular negligent injuring and first degree vehicular negligent injuring charges to reference R.S. 14:98 rather than the phrase "operating a vehicle while intoxicated"

Maintains mayors' courts prohibition on jurisdiction over DWI/DUI cases, now explicitly including driving while impaired
