Creates a new Part VIII of Chapter 14 of Title 37 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes to establish a statutory definition for "long-term care pharmacy"

Defines long-term care pharmacy as a pharmacy that serves residents of long-term care facilities as defined under the federal Older Americans Act (42 U.S.C. 3002(35))

Requires qualifying pharmacies to have a national provider identifier associated with taxonomy code 3336L0003X, or any successor code, as maintained by the National Uniform Claim Committee

Adds R.S. 37:1259 to Louisiana law
