Amends R.S. 46:1052 to add "healthcare facilities" to the list of entities that hospital service districts may cooperate with for providing hospital and health services to district residents

Updates statutory terminology from "objects" to "objectives" throughout the section

Current law already authorizes hospital service districts to cooperate with public and private institutions and agencies; this expands that authority to explicitly include healthcare facilities

Hospital service districts are created by parish police juries under existing Louisiana law
