Requires employers with 20+ employees to grant unpaid leave of up to 160 work hours for employees undergoing medical procedures to donate a living organ

Applies to employees working an average of 20+ hours per week; excludes independent contractors

Employers may require verification from a physician or nurse practitioner confirming the purpose and length of the requested leave

Prohibits employers from terminating or retaliating against employees for requesting or taking organ donation leave

Employers may voluntarily provide additional leave beyond the 160-hour requirement, and the law does not affect other employment benefits
