Prohibits bail after conviction for defendants convicted of any aggravated offense (as defined in R.S. 15:541) committed against a minor victim

Maintains existing prohibition on post-conviction bail for capital offenses

Retains existing bail provisions for other offenses: bail shall be allowed for sentences of 5 years or less; bail may be allowed for sentences exceeding 5 years unless the court finds danger to the community or flight risk

Creates a rebuttable presumption against bail for crimes punishable by 25+ years that are both sex offenses and crimes of violence

Amends Code of Criminal Procedure Article 312(E) through (H) and adds new Article 312(I)
