Adds intentional disruption of religious gatherings or worship services at churches or places of worship as a new form of disturbing the peace under R.S. 14:103

Prohibited conduct includes violent/threatening behavior toward attendees, unreasonably loud or abusive language that materially disrupts service, and physical obstruction or intimidation of clergy or participants

Base penalty is up to 5 years imprisonment and/or $5,000 fine; enhanced to up to 10 years and $10,000 fine if dangerous weapon used or serious bodily injury inflicted; up to 7 years and $7,500 fine if acting in concert with another person

Conspiracy to commit the offense carries the same penalty as the base offense (up to 5 years and/or $5,000 fine)

Expressly protects peaceful expressive activity under the U.S. and Louisiana Constitutions that does not substantially disturb worship services
