Renewable energy facility owners are responsible for paying all decommissioning costs, including recycling of components and infrastructure

Components required to be disposed of under existing hazardous waste laws (Subtitle II) are exempt from the recycling requirement

Directs the Louisiana State Law Institute to redesignate existing statute part headings for batteries, wind energy, and solar power generation facilities to accommodate the new general provisions section

Creates new R.S. 30:1121 within Part I of Chapter 12 of Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes
