Designates the portion of Louisiana Highway 182 between Jeanerette and Sorrel (from Highway 671 to Highway 318) as the "Ret. Judge Richard T. 'Dickey' Haik, Sr. Memorial Highway"

Requires the Department of Transportation and Development to erect and maintain signage for both designations

Signage costs must be funded by local or private sources, capped at $750 per sign
