Amends R.S. 44:11.2(J) to expand the exception to personal information protections for "protected individuals" (such as judges, law enforcement officers, and other specified public officials)

Adds district clerks of court to the list of offices that may publicly post personal information of protected individuals without exemption

Protected individuals cannot request removal of their personal information from records publicly posted by the Secretary of State or district clerks of court

Current law already allowed the Secretary of State to publish protected individuals' personal information; this bill extends that same authority to district clerks of court
