Amends R.S. 14:334(A) to expand ignition interlock device offense provisions to include persons required to use the device as a condition of probation under Code of Criminal Procedure Article 320(C)

Current law only applies ignition interlock restrictions to persons required to have the device under bail provisions (R.S. 15:306)

Prohibited actions include operating, leasing, or borrowing a vehicle without a functioning ignition interlock device

Also prohibits requesting or soliciting another person to blow into the device or start a vehicle equipped with one to circumvent the restriction
