Redraws boundaries for all 105 Louisiana House of Representatives districts based on the 2020 federal decennial census, as required by the Louisiana Constitution

Enacts new R.S. 24:35.2 establishing district compositions by specific precincts and census blocks across all parishes, and repeals the existing district map under R.S. 24:35.3

New districts become effective upon the governor's signature for qualifying and conducting the 2027 regular state legislative elections only

Full implementation for all purposes occurs at 10:00 a.m. on January 10, 2028, when current district boundaries are repealed

Protects current officeholders by specifying the new districts do not reduce any existing term of office; positions filled after January 10, 2028 will use the new district boundaries
