Authorizes the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Commission to enter into cooperative endeavor agreements with the Department of Agriculture and Forestry for market development and promotion of propane use

Eliminates the requirement that advisory board members be appointed from each commission inspector's area and at-large positions; instead allows the executive director to appoint one commission member to the board

Expands eligibility for advisory board membership to include individuals with work experience in the liquefied petroleum gas industry, not just permit holders

Reduces required representation per permit class from two members to one member on the advisory board (maximum of nine members total)

Establishes that advisory board meetings may be held electronically, requires 50% of members for a quorum, and allows proxy attendance with 24 hours written notice to the chairperson
