Amends R.S. 56:126(E) to create an exception to the prohibition on using wildlife in rehabilitation programs for promotional or commercial purposes

Not-for-profit organizations dedicated to wildlife or animal rehabilitation may now advertise or promote their organization using photographs or videos of animals in their care

Promotional activities are permitted through any medium, platform, or mechanism to solicit public or private donations, gifts, or grants

The existing prohibition on exploitation, commercial use, and pet trade of rehabilitated wildlife remains in effect for all other purposes

Violations still subject to seizure of wildlife by the department and revocation of permits
