Increases driver's license reinstatement fees for DUI/DWI convictions: first offense from $100 to $150, second offense from $200 to $250, and third or subsequent offenses from $300 to $350

Applies to convictions, bond forfeitures, or guilty/nolo contendere pleas for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol (high or low content), narcotic drugs, or central nervous system stimulants

Requires the Office of Motor Vehicles to calculate the CPI-U percentage increase for the period August 1, 2026 through January 31, 2028 as an initial fee adjustment baseline

Beginning July 1, 2028, mandates annual fee adjustments tied to the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), capped at the prior year's CPI-U increase

Amends R.S. 32:414(I)(1) and adds new subsection R.S. 32:414(X)
