Requires all slaughter and processing to occur at licensed custom slaughter facilities complying with R.S. 3:4215 sanitation requirements

Mandates products bear a label stating they were produced without state or federal inspection and are for intrastate, personal consumption only, with written disclosure provided to buyers before sale

Prohibits sales to grocery stores, restaurants, or wholesale channels, and bars transport outside Louisiana or representation as inspected meat

Requires producers to maintain records for at least one year including species, slaughter date, facility name/location, sale date, and consumer name
