Requires bail agents and bondsmen to provide both mailing and electronic mail addresses on bail undertakings, and mandates these addresses be on file to receive warrant notices

Failure to send notice to commercial sureties and agents/bondsmen within 60 days of warrant issuance releases the surety from all bail obligations

Prohibits prosecuting attorneys from receiving court costs or attorney fees for filing a rule to show cause for bond forfeiture

Repeals Code of Criminal Procedure Article 334 and consolidates notice of warrant for arrest provisions into Article 333, while clarifying that the 5-year filing period from Act 221 of 2024 applies to rules to show cause filed on or after August 1, 2024
