Expands eligible conditions for expedited partner therapy from only gonorrhea and chlamydia to include trichomoniasis and other sexually associated infections as determined by the Louisiana Department of Health

Allows physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, and physician assistants to prescribe antibiotics to a patient's sexual partners without examining those partners or establishing a provider-patient relationship

Grants civil and criminal liability protection to healthcare professionals and pharmacists who reasonably and in good faith provide or dispense expedited partner therapy medications

Requires the Louisiana Department of Health to create and maintain a list of sexually associated infections eligible for expedited partner therapy
