Adds the City Court of Bogalusa to the list of Louisiana city courts with expanded civil jurisdiction concurrent with district courts

Sets the jurisdictional limit at $50,000 for the amount in dispute or value of property involved

Amends Code of Civil Procedure Article 4843(G) to include Bogalusa alongside Alexandria, East St. Tammany, Hammond, Lake Charles, Pineville, Ruston, Sulphur, and Third Ward City Court of Franklin

Allows civil cases up to $50,000 to be heard in Bogalusa City Court rather than requiring district court proceedings
