Requires offenders held more than 30 days after arrest or involuntary mental health commitment to re-register within 3 business days of release, though community notifications only need renewal if 5 years have elapsed since the last notification

Mandates offenders provide their intended residence address in writing to the incarceration or confinement facility within 3 days prior to release, with the institution forwarding this information to the local sheriff's office

Updates the court notification form to inform offenders about supervised release requirements and requires offenders using social networking websites to include their sex offender status, conviction details, physical description, and residential address in their profile
