Enacts "The People's A.I. Act" (R.S. 51:3301-3308) to regulate chatbot providers, prohibiting the sale of user chat logs, use of chat logs for advertising, and processing of minors' data without parental consent

Requires chatbot providers to obtain affirmative consent before using adult users' data for AI training purposes, with a maximum 10-year retention limit on chat logs

Mandates clear disclosure to users that they are interacting with a chatbot (not a human) before output generation, every hour thereafter, and whenever asked

Prohibits chatbots from implying their outputs are provided by or equivalent to licensed professionals (healthcare, legal, accounting, financial)

Establishes chatbots as products for liability purposes with $5,000 statutory damages per data privacy violation, enforcement authority for the attorney general and district attorneys, and private right of action for injured users
