Creates the "Make Affordable Groceries Again Act" requiring grocery suppliers with over $6 billion in annual sales to offer identical terms of sale to all retailers and wholesalers purchasing the same volume, regardless of retailer size

Defines "dominant covered retailers" as those with over $18 billion in annual grocery sales operating in more than 20 states, and prohibits them from coercing suppliers into discriminatory pricing arrangements

Requires suppliers to provide anonymized contract terms from dominant retailer deals within 14 days of a written request from smaller retailers or wholesalers

Prohibits suppliers from refusing to sell to non-dominant retailers who have completed payments within the past 12 months and requested equal terms, unless there is commercially reasonable justification

Authorizes enforcement by the Attorney General or injured parties, with civil penalties up to 1.5 times actual damages or the pricing differential suffered
