Authorizes a 5% annual increase in compensation for parish assessors each year from 2026 through 2029, resulting in four total increases

Requires assessors to publish notice of intent to increase compensation on two separate days in the parish's official journal, with the final notice at least 30 days before the increase takes effect

Current base compensation ranges from $88,290 (parishes with 50,000 or less population) to $108,290 (parishes over 250,000 population)

Increases are in addition to existing compensation provisions including a 10% personal expense allowance and various one-time increases authorized under current law
