Creates the Sexual Assault Survivor Empowerment Task Force to study, evaluate, and recommend legislation improving access to services for sexual assault survivors, including counseling, school/work accommodations, public awareness campaigns, and mandatory training for schools, hospitals, and law enforcement

Task force membership includes representatives from the Attorney General's office, Louisiana Sheriffs' Association, Louisiana District Attorneys Association, one House member, and one Senator

Requires submission of a report with findings and recommendations to the governor, House speaker, Senate president, and House Judiciary Committee chairman by February 1, 2027

Report must be made available for public access

Task force terminates on February 1, 2027
