All-terrain vehicle dealers, including golf cart dealers, must maintain adequate repair and servicing facilities either in their main business building or within 1,000 feet of their established place of business

The definition of "all-terrain vehicle" is amended to explicitly include golf carts alongside recreational and sports vehicles

Dealers must also maintain storage for new parts and accessories for repair and servicing at these facilities

Failure to maintain the required repair facilities constitutes an unauthorized act and violation of Louisiana motor vehicle dealer law

Amends R.S. 32:1252(1) and adds R.S. 32:1254(E)(5)(c) and 1270.11(2)(k)
