Expands Louisiana's seafood labeling enforcement to cover "commingled" seafood (mixtures of imported and domestic seafood), not just purely imported seafood

Clarifies that processors and distributors must provide seafood testing information only upon department request, rather than proactively

Amends R.S. 3:4749.2 to close a loophole where mixing imported seafood with domestic seafood could avoid mislabeling penalties
