Amends R.S. 56:55 to require wildlife enforcement agents to obtain a search warrant before conducting inspections or examinations of cold storage plants, warehouses, boats, vehicles, aircraft, and other locations where wild birds, game, fish, or aquatic life may be stored

Eliminates current authority allowing agents to conduct warrantless searches when probable cause exists to believe a wildlife violation has occurred

Removes provision permitting frequent warrantless inspections of bait stands, public restaurants, markets, and commercial establishments selling wildlife products

Agents retain authority to inspect establishments for required commercial fish and bait fish licenses, and the department may still bring court proceedings for violations
