Increases fees for foreign corporations from $125 to $155 and foreign LLCs from $150 to $185 for applications for authority and related filings

Raises expedited service fees from $50 to $60 for "while you wait" service and from $30 to $35 for 24-hour service

Effective October 1, 2026
