Amends Code of Criminal Procedure Article 717 to exclude from discovery disclosure any information directly derived from FBI Criminal Justice Information Services Division criminal history databases

Excludes from disclosure Louisiana Computerized Criminal History System records when the witness is a criminal justice agency employee whose identity is already exempt under existing public records law

Prohibits criminal history information of witnesses obtained for trial use from being disseminated outside the presiding court's purview

Bars inclusion of protected witness criminal history information in any court record subject to public disclosure

Aligns with the National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact (34 U.S.C. 40316) and existing Louisiana confidentiality statutes (R.S. 15:579 and 584)
