Establishes the "Louisiana Medical Freedom Act" prohibiting businesses, ticket issuers, and government entities from denying access to services, venues, employment, or public facilities based on an individual's refusal of medical interventions including vaccines, tests, or other medical procedures.

Prohibits businesses from requiring medical interventions as a condition of employment and bars discrimination at events based on vaccination or medical intervention status.

Defines "medical intervention" broadly to include vaccines, biologics, genetic testing, medications, injections, implanted devices, and health monitors.

Allows enforcement through the state attorney general or local prosecutors, with attorney's fees and court costs awarded if violations are proven.

Prohibits exclusion of healthy individuals or alleged asymptomatic carriers from public activities during outbreaks or public health emergencies based on declining medical interventions.
