Removes inflatable amusement devices (bounce houses, inflatable slides) from state fire marshal regulation and oversight under the Amusement Rides Safety Law

Transfers set-up inspection authority from third-party inspectors to the office of state fire marshal, which must now conduct set-up inspections on amusement attractions and rides at least once prior to operation at each event

Increases minimum general liability insurance requirements for operators from $1 million to $2 million and eliminates the option to post a bond in lieu of insurance

Reduces the reporting deadline for third-party inspectors to notify the fire marshal of non-compliant rides from 10 days to 5 days after inspection

Restructures licensing fees, including increasing firm renewal fees from $100 to $250, individual third-party/operator initial fees to $350, and adding new set-up inspection fees of $100 per device and $200 per generator
