Authorizes law enforcement agencies and officers to detect, track, disable, seize, or otherwise mitigate unmanned aircraft systems (drones) reasonably suspected of illegal, nefarious, or threatening conduct, with interceptions reported to the attorney general within 72 hours.

Creates the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems Joint Task Force, chaired by a governor-appointed state employee and including representatives from State Police, Louisiana Sheriffs' Association, Attorney General, GOHSEP, and the state chief information officer.

Requires the Office of Technology Services and GOHSEP to develop uniform procurement standards for counter-drone equipment, with state and local agencies prohibited from procuring such equipment without approval from both agencies.

Mandates training and certification for law enforcement officers performing drone interceptions, with agencies submitting annual training and incident summaries to the attorney general by January 30th each year.

Provides qualified immunity for law enforcement acting in good faith compliance with the statute, excluding acts of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or knowing constitutional violations, while preserving individuals' right to seek judicial relief.
