Adds three new definitions to Louisiana radiologic technology law: "limited purpose permit," "radiologist assistant" (a licensed radiologic technologist with ARRT certification who performs advanced imaging procedures under direct radiologist supervision but cannot interpret images or prescribe), and "radiation safety officer" (RSO)

Expands the Louisiana State Radiological Technology Board of Examiners' authority to license and regulate additional practitioner categories including nuclear technologists, radiation therapy technologists, fusion technologists, limited purpose permit holders, and radiologist assistants

Establishes specific fee caps for board services: initial license up to $250 for two years, biennial renewal up to $250, temporary/limited purpose permit up to $75, reinstatement after suspension up to $500, and various administrative fees

Prohibits radiation safety officer duties from being delegated to or performed by licensed technologists or permit holders; RSO retains sole responsibility for radioactive material oversight and regulatory compliance

Repeals the previous one-year grandfathering provision that allowed licensure without examination for experienced radiographers and repeals clinical experience requirements for ARRT CT examination
